What we collect

When you register for an event, we ask only for:

• Full name
• Phone number

We also record which event you chose (title, date, time, location) so we know what you signed up for. We do not ask for payment details, ID documents, or other sensitive data through this form.

Why we collect it

We use your name and phone number solely to:

• Confirm your registration
• Contact you about schedule changes or practical details for that event

Legal basis: your consent (given when you tick the checkbox) and our legitimate interest in organising the class you asked to join.

How your data is sent

Submissions are delivered by encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our team email contact.holistic.hoian@gmail.com via a form relay service (FormSubmit). From there, messages are stored in our Gmail inbox like ordinary email.

Your registration is not published on the website and is not stored in a public database on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep registration emails only as long as needed to run the event and follow up if necessary — typically no longer than 90 days after the event date, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer retention is required by law.

Who can see your data

Only Vesna staff who manage bookings. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Service providers involved in delivery (FormSubmit, Google/Gmail) process the message only to transmit or store email on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate details
• Delete your registration data
• Withdraw consent (this does not affect processing already completed)

Children

Our registration form is intended for adults or for guardians registering on behalf of a participant. If you believe a child has submitted data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
